Ameen Home loan The Ameen Home loan is especially designed for small home improvement needs and ranges from US$300 to US$5,000. The loan tenor varies from 4 months to a maximum of 18 months. Who is entitled for a loan? • Any man/woman who owns a small business for more than one year • Any private or public sector low-income employee • Lebanese national or foreign national with permanent residency • The applicant must be over 18 years of age Guarantees requested To be eligible to the loan some guarantees are requested from the applicant: either collateral and/or co-signer employed in a private or a public institution and/or a .nancially viable guarantor. |
Ameen Home Plus loan The Ameen Home Plus loan is for housing reconstruction, construction or renovation and is available to individuals with proof of ownership of the property. The loan amount ranges from US$5,000 to US$15,000 with a repayment term up to 5 years. Who is entitled for a loan? • Any man/woman who owns a small business for more than one year or • Any private or public sector low-income employee • Lebanese national or foreign national with permanent residency • The applicant must be over 18 years of age Guarantees requested To be eligible to the loan some guarantees are requested from the applicant: either collateral and/or a co-signer employed in a private or a public institution and/or a financially viable guarantor. |
