Ameen Home Loan The Ameen home loan is specially designed for small home improvement needs and ranges from US$300 to US$5,000. The loan tenor varies from 4 months to a maximum of 18 months. Who is Entitled for a loan? • Any man/woman who has owned a small business for more than one year • Any private or public sector low-income employee • Lebanese national or foreign national with permanent residency • The applicant must be over 18 years of age Guarantees Requested To be eligible for the loan, some guarantees are requested from the applicant: collateral and/or a co-signer employed in a private or a public institution and/or a financially viable guarantor. |
Ameen Home Plus Loan The Ameen Home Plus loan is for housing reconstruction, construction or renovation and is available for individuals with proof of ownership of the property. The loan amount ranges from US$5,000 to US$15,000 with a repayment term of up to 5 years. Who is Entitled for a Loan? • Any man/woman who has owned a small business for more than one year or • Any private or public sector low-income employee • Lebanese national or foreign national with permanent residency • The applicant must be over 18 years of age Guarantees Requested To be eligible for the loan, some guarantees are requested from the applicant: collateral and/or co-signer employed in a private or a public institution and/or a financially viable guarantor. |
